Vanpee sold to Lagercrantz Group

ProCorp provided financial and strategic advice to Calista Holding AS on the sale of Vanpee Norge AS and Vanpee AB to Lagercrantz Group AB. Vanpee distributes components to the lighting industry and advises on lighting control, with luminaire manufacturers and installers in Norway and Sweden as its main customers. The companies became part of Lagercrantz' Electronics division, and the owner continued as managing director.
