About ProCorp
ProCorp is an independent investment firm licensed by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway, with offices at Aker Brygge in Oslo. We advise on transactions, capital raising and valuations.
Background
Since 1992, ProCorp has advised owners, companies and investors on acquisitions, divestments and capital raisings in Norway and the Nordics, often involving international counterparties. Our licence from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Finanstilsynet) also allows us to arrange equity issues and debt financing.
Every engagement is led by an experienced advisor who is involved from the first meeting until the agreement is signed. We combine financial analysis and modelling with hands-on experience from negotiations and transaction processes. Where needed, we bring in affiliated advisors with industry expertise.
