Basefarm sold to Reiten & Co

ProCorp assisted Basefarm AS and Schibsted ASA over several years, including with valuations, acquisitions and the sale of Basefarm to Reiten & Co. Basefarm operates business-critical online services for companies and organisations, and had around 190 employees in Norway and Sweden when Schibsted sold its stake. Reiten & Co took over Schibsted's 69.4 per cent stake, after Schibsted concluded that Basefarm was no longer part of its core business.
