Quick Car Fix sold to Cary Group

ProCorp acted as financial adviser to Skadevekk Holding AS and its shareholders on the sale of shares to Cary Group. The company operates Quick Car Fix, which repairs minor paint and dent damage on cars from 14 workshops at airports, shopping centres and car parks in Norway. Cary Group repairs vehicle glass and vehicle damage in the Nordics and the UK, and acquired 80 per cent of the company. The managing director retained the remaining shares and continued to lead the company.
