Shell Norge sold its residential electricity customers to NorgesEnergi

The engagement concerned the sale of Shell Norge's portfolio of residential electricity customers to NorgesEnergi. With the sale, Shell exited electricity supply to households but continued to sell electricity to businesses. Following the takeover, NorgesEnergi had around 165,000 residential customers.
