Nortronic sold to Indutrade

The engagement concerned the sale of Nortronic AS to Indutrade AB. Nortronic is based at Kolbotn and is a technical trading company in lighting, with European brands in LED lighting, lighting control and drivers. Indutrade is a listed Swedish industrial group, and Nortronic became part of its Industrial Components business area.
