Nordsveen sold to Midsona

ProCorp provided financial and strategic advice to the owners of Nordsveen on the sale to Midsona AB. Nordsveen was established in 2003 and, at the time of the sale, distributed health and wellness products in Norway, including through the convenience retail sector. For Midsona, a listed Swedish health and wellness company, the acquisition was a step in its Nordic expansion.
