Nordesign sold to Lifco

The engagement concerned the sale of a majority stake in Nordesign AS to Lifco AB. Nordesign is based in Trondheim and designs and supplies LED lighting to the Scandinavian market. Lifco is a listed Swedish group, and Nordesign became part of its Construction Material division.
