NaturaMed Pharma sold to Bringwell

ProCorp provided financial and strategic advice to the owners on the sale of NaturaMed Pharma AS to Bringwell AB. NaturaMed Pharma sells dietary supplements directly to consumers through subscriptions in Norway, Sweden and Finland. Bringwell was at the time a Swedish company listed on First North, engaged in sales and marketing of self-care products in the Nordics.
