Lyse Energi sold a majority stake in Skangass to Gasum

ProCorp provided financial and strategic advice to Lyse Energi AS during the development of Skangass, through to the sale of a majority stake to the Finnish company Gasum in 2014. Skangass started its LNG business in 2011 and built up distribution of liquefied natural gas to industrial and maritime customers in Norway and Sweden. Gasum acquired 51 per cent of the distribution business, while Lyse retained the production facility at Risavika under a long-term supply agreement.
