Komplett acquired a majority stake in Ironstone

ProCorp acted as financial adviser to Komplett ASA on the acquisition of shares in Ironstone Holding AS. Ironstone is based in Oslo and provides cloud-based IT services on Microsoft's platform, including operations, security and advisory services. Through a share purchase and a capital increase, Komplett obtained an ownership stake of around 65 per cent, thereby entering the IT services market.
