Kellox sold to Peak Invest

ProCorp acted as exclusive financial adviser to the shareholders of AS Kellox on the sale of the company to Peak Invest AS. Kellox imports and distributes motorcycles, ATVs, outboard engines and boats, and has been a Honda distributor since 1959. The buyer is Drammen-based Peak Invest, which also owns Erling Sande.
