Indental – transaction with Triton and Unident

ProCorp acted as financial adviser to Indental AS and its shareholders on a transaction with Unident, which is owned by Triton. Indental is a dental laboratory in Oslo producing crowns, dentures and other dental technology products. Unident is a Swedish supplier of equipment, consumables and laboratory services to the dental sector in the Nordics.
