Eltavler sold to KAMIC Group

ProCorp provided financial advice in preparing and executing the sale of Eltavler AS from Imatech Holding AS to the Swedish KAMIC Group. Eltavler designs, builds and installs electrical switchboards, with its head office in Mjøndalen and a branch in Halden. The company became part of KAMIC Group's Installation business area, and the founder continued as managing director.
