Fjordland acquired three smaller companies

ProCorp provided financial advice to Fjordland AS in connection with the acquisition of three smaller companies. Fjordland is a Norwegian food producer known for ready meals, porridge and dairy-based desserts. The company was established by Tine in 1994, and Tine and Nortura are its largest owners.
