ProCorp assisted Energiselskapet Buskerud AS over several years with financial advice, mergers, valuations, bond issues and other financial assignments. Energiselskapet Buskerud was an energy company in Drammen engaged in power generation, grid operations and electricity retail, owned equally by Drammen Municipality and Buskerud County Council. The company changed its name to Glitre Energi in 2016.
