ProCorp assisted Diplom-Is with advice, decision materials, negotiations and transaction documentation on the acquisition of Isdalen AS. Isdalen was founded in 1990 and supplies ice cream and dessert solutions such as soft serve, scoop ice cream and ice cream machines. Isdalen is now a wholly owned subsidiary of the Tine group.
