ProCorp acted as financial adviser to Båthuset Slependen AS and its shareholders on the sale to Norway Marine Supply AS. Båthuset Slependen sells boats and boating equipment from Billingstad in Asker. Norway Marine Supply is based in Arendal and is behind the Maritim chain of boating equipment stores, and Båthuset Slependen is now a wholly owned subsidiary.
