Basefarm sold to Schibsted

ProCorp acted as financial adviser to Basefarm AS on the sale of the company to the media group Schibsted ASA. Basefarm operates business-critical internet applications, and at the time had 62 employees in Norway and Sweden and customers mainly in media, e-commerce and the public sector.
