The engagement concerned the sale of TeleComputing IS AS to Basefarm AS. At the time of the sale, TeleComputing IS, formerly Infostream Services, provided operation of business-critical applications and was a subsidiary of the listed IT operations company TeleComputing ASA, which wanted to focus on its core business.
