Background and experience
Fredrik joined ProCorp in 2000 and heads Corporate Finance. He advises on the acquisition and sale of companies, equity and debt financing, valuations and restructurings, and has played a central role in more than 50 transactions across a range of industries, in Norway and abroad. He has previous experience from the Oslo Stock Exchange, property management and board positions, and serves as an expert lay judge at the Oslo District Court. Fredrik holds a Master's in Business Organisation from Heriot-Watt University and is an Authorised Financial Analyst (AFA) from NHH.
