Vardar – NOK 500 million bond issue

ProCorp assisted Vardar AS in arranging a listed NOK 500 million bond issue and with annual valuations. Vardar is an energy company in Drammen that invests in hydropower, wind power and district heating, and is owned by the municipalities of the former Buskerud county.
