Oslo Airport City – master plan and capital raising

ProCorp advised Gardermoen Utvikling AS on Oslo Airport City, including the master plan and external capital raising in cooperation with Clarksons Platou. Oslo Airport City was established in 2016 and is developing Gardermoen Næringspark next to Oslo Airport. The plans comprise around one million square metres of commercial property in areas such as logistics, hotels, offices and mobility.
