The engagement concerned a block trade in shares in Elektroimportøren AS between EIP Holding AS and Herkules Capital. Elektroimportøren is a Norwegian chain selling electrical supplies, lighting and heating products to private and professional customers through stores and online. Herkules acquired a majority of the company in 2014.
