Recapitalisation of CrayoNano

ProCorp assisted CrayoNano AS with financial advice in connection with a recapitalisation of the company. CrayoNano was based in Trondheim and developed semiconductor components based on nanomaterials, including UV-C LEDs for disinfection and water purification.
