Herman works on M&A transactions, capital raising and valuations, and has experience from mandates across sectors and industries. He is involved throughout the process, from identifying opportunities and financial modelling to structuring and executing acquisitions and sales of companies. His work also includes market and commercial analysis. Herman holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
