Background and experience
Henrik joined ProCorp in 2022 and works on M&A transactions, capital raising and valuations across industries. He is responsible for financial modelling, valuations, market analysis and transaction structuring, and has executed structured sale processes, carve-outs and cross-border transactions. Before ProCorp, he worked as a consultant in technology and business development. Henrik holds an MSc in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School.
